Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver

About the role

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver Incident Response in New Castle, DE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and store associates by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, receiving zones, and perimeter locations.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, policy violations, and other security-related concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while supporting a welcoming environment for customers and associates.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
