As a Security Officer supporting a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, and store associates while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, parking areas, receiving areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or policy concerns.
Respond to incidents, customer disputes, medical events, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
Monitor access points and restricted areas, observe store activity, and document incidents, observations, and relevant security-related information in required reports.
Work collaboratively with store management, associates, and responding emergency personnel to support an orderly retail environment.

Minimum Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing Requirements

Subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
