- DayTime: Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a technology-focused location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and actions taken.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and assist with visitor and employee entry procedures in accordance with location protocols.
- Support Allied Universal and site leadership by reporting maintenance issues, hazards, and/or security-related concerns that could impact daily operations.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
- At least 1 year of law enforcement experience or at least 2 years of security-related supervisor or manager experience or at least 3 years of security-related experience is required.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.
- Loss prevention experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
