As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic automotive location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to employees and visitors. You will communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and support a welcoming environment.

Schedule & pay

• Position Type: Part Time
• Pay Rate: $13.00 / Hour
• Schedule: Thursday 07:00 AM – 05:00 PM; Friday 07:00 AM – 02:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at an automotive business location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of vehicle inventory areas, parking lots, service drives, building entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, documenting incidents, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Support a professional environment by providing directions, assisting with traffic flow during busy periods, and maintaining accurate activity logs and reports.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
