Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Clearance Required

About the role

As a Part-Time Unarmed Patrol Security Officer at an aerospace and defense location in Beavercreek, OH, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and communicate professionally with personnel and visitors. You will support security operations through attentive observation, reporting, and exceptional customer service.

Pay

$25.16 per hour, paid weekly.

Schedule

• Tuesday: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• Saturday: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific security procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of facilities, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify unusual conditions and deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate contacts as directed.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation while following Allied Universal and site-specific policies.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Successful completion of a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations; may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
