What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate observations to the appropriate contacts.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and document deliveries, trailers, and other site traffic in accordance with location procedures.
- Prepare clear reports of daily activities, incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations, and support Allied Universal management and client representatives with requested information.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
