What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site guidelines.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter spaces.
- Help to monitor access to the property by observing activity, verifying authorized entry when required, and reporting unusual or suspicious behavior.
- Support a professional presence that may help to deter unwanted activity while assisting with routine security-related concerns and resident service needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
