About the role
As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in Peoria, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at an industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to post instructions.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and the perimeter, noting conditions that could impact operations and/or security-related response.
- Monitor entry and exit activity for people, vehicles, and/or deliveries, helping to deter unauthorized access and maintaining required logs and reports.
- Support Allied Universal standards by communicating clearly with site contacts and/or first responders during routine activities, incidents, and changing conditions.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

DayTime: Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
