Security Officer Unarmed Patrol

About the Role

As an Unarmed Patrol Security Officer in Tulsa, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. This role supports site operations by providing outstanding customer service and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to identify unusual conditions and deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify authorized personnel and visitors as directed, and report suspicious activity, hazards, or policy violations.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required logs for patrols, incidents, visitor activity, and other security-related events.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license (preferred).
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

Pay Rate: $16.44 per hour.

Schedule

• Monday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Sunday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
