Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and reporting them through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, and perimeter locations within an aerospace and defense environment to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify entry and exit activity, and/or challenge unauthorized persons in accordance with site protocols and restricted area requirements.
• Support day-to-day operations by communicating with personnel and visitors, observing for potential risks, and reporting maintenance, operational, and/or security-related concerns.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Full Time. Pay Rate: $13.56 / Hour. Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM.
