Security Officer Unarmed Patrol

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in Salt Lake City, UT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, tenant, and vendor activity; communicate professionally and report unusual conditions to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Document patrols, incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related observations accurately in required logs and reports.

Requirements

• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
