As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control and alarm response activities while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at a technology-focused location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including office spaces, common areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
- Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation while communicating professionally with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel according to established protocols.
Minimum Requirements
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
