As an unarmed driving officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a retail location connected to financial services, helping to deter security-related incidents through visible presence, routine patrols, and strong customer service. This role offers the chance to support people first in an agile, reliable, and innovative team culture, while communicating with professionalism and acting with integrity every day.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the location, including entrances, common areas, and perimeter areas, to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and observe activity on the property to help support authorized entry, report suspicious behavior, and/or address policy-related issues.
- Assist with incident reporting, directional assistance, and general support for daily operations while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
Qualifications
- A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour
- Job Schedule: Daytime, Friday 04:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Saturday 12:00 PM - 11:00 PM
