What You'll Do

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and assist with visitor processing and/or delivery coordination in accordance with location policies.
Support day-to-day operations by maintaining visible presence, communicating professionally with employees and guests, and following post orders, incident reporting procedures, and other security-related directives.

Minimum Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
