Security Officer Unarmed Driver Patrol

About the role

As an Unarmed Security Officer Driver Patrol in Eagle Mountain, UT, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom. This part-time role offers flexibility to build a schedule that works for you using our Claim a Shift platform. The position requires a valid driver’s license and involves routine patrols, incident response, and customer service at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to identify and report security-related concerns, hazards, and unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, contractor, and vendor entry procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and effectively; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Prepare clear and accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation; communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required for driving positions).
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• Must pass a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.

$21.00 per hour.
