About the role
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and document security-related incidents, observations, and shift activities accurately.
- Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and responding agencies while following Allied Universal and client site policies.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
- At least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

$21.00 / Hour

- Monday: 02:30 PM - 07:15 PM
- Thursday: 02:30 PM - 07:15 PM
- Saturday: 07:00 AM - 03:45 PM
- Sunday: 07:00 AM - 03:45 PM
