Security Officer Unarmed Driver Patrol

About the role

As a Security Officer Unarmed Driver Patrol in Eden Prairie, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities throughout the retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout stores, common areas, entrances, loading areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, observe for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns, and document security-related incidents according to post orders.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
