What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting and/or communicating relevant details according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity and reporting conditions that may help to deter disruptions or unauthorized access.
Minimum Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Able to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
