Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entry points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious behavior to appropriate personnel.
• Document daily activities, patrol observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
