DayTime Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Screen people, packages, and/or personal belongings entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders and established security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, screening areas, loading and receiving zones, and perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and policy violations by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and reporting maintenance, operational, and/or security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements

• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
