Security Officer Spanish Patrol

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including entrances, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter points, helping to identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may need attention.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to support site rules, direct foot traffic, and report security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with medical center operations by providing directions, addressing routine questions, and supporting orderly movement throughout the location during normal activity and/or urgent situations.

Requirements

• Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Must have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Skills

• Fluent Spanish speaking and writing skills.
• Security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
