Security Officer Site Patrol - Second Shift

About the role

As a Security Officer Patrol Response in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide welcoming customer service to tenants and visitors at a commercial real estate location.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property staff while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, common areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the property, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report unauthorized entry, property damage, or other security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and maintenance-related reports, and communicate observations to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• At least 21 years of age (18+ for unarmed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Pay

$18.49 per hour.

• Thursday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
