As a Security Officer Screening Operator in Zionsville, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and team members while carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location.
- Screen people, packages, and/or personal property entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders and security-related procedures, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to the appropriate contact.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and supporting follow-up actions as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around assigned areas, access points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns in shipping, receiving, and warehouse areas.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications
