Security Officer - Shopping Center

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Cabazon, CA. The role focuses on customer service and managing access control in various locations such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Responsibilities

• Tell visitors how your natural ability to engage with others reassures and inspires confidence.
• Welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
• Managing access control.
• Performing regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspecting security equipment and reporting any maintenance needs.
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, and coordinating with emergency teams.
• Answering questions in person or by phone.
• Writing incident reports and communicating security concerns.
• Ensuring the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience preferred.
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings.

Pay

$18 per hour, with DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees!

Schedule

• 20 hours per week, Friday - Tuesday, 4pm - 8pm, 2nd shift.
• 40 hours per week, Saturday - Wednesday, 3pm - 11:30pm, 2nd shift.
