• Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and retail staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout shopping areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, storefront corridors, and public gathering areas to help to deter unauthorized activity, assist with access-related issues, and support a welcoming environment.
• Communicate with property management, store personnel, and/or emergency responders as needed regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related matters observed during patrols.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
