Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Oversee and support security officers during assigned shifts
• Ensure all officers follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid Driver's license
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• At least 21 years old
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem‑solving skills
• Shift Supervisor or Lead experience required
• Minimum 6 months of security experience required
• Military or law enforcement backgrounds highly valued
• CLEET license or ability to obtain one

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $17.48–$19.02 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Schedule

Full Time – Required to have open availability and work various shifts. Specific shift and schedule information will be discussed during the interview process.
