About the role

As a Security Officer Security Clearance Driver Patrol Observation in MOORESTOWN, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors at an aerospace and defense-related location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization in accordance with site requirements, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business, perimeter, parking areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Requirements

• An active Department of Defense Secret clearance is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Pay & Schedule

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $19.36 / Hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM - 06:30 PM
