Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an armed patrol post at a defense and aerospace location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns through proper channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized access and unusual activity across the site.
- Maintain readiness to respond to medical, fire, and other emergency situations while coordinating with site contacts, supervisors, and/or public emergency responders as needed.
Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or at least 2 years of security-related supervisor/manager experience or at least 3 years of security-related experience.
- Possess an armed guard card/license.
- Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
