Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access-control policies at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and/or belongings in accordance with established screening procedures, escalating prohibited or suspicious items as directed.
• Monitor access points, shipping and receiving areas, and screening equipment; verify credentials and maintain required logs and documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following
