As a Security Officer – Screening Resolution in Rialto, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as logistics and distribution. You will help maintain a secure, welcoming environment by screening individuals and materials, monitoring access points, and communicating professionally with employees, visitors, and delivery personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel while following site‑specific procedures and security policies.
• Screen employees, visitors, packages, and authorized vehicles entering designated areas in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorizations, and delivery documentation as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, escalating concerns according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated facility areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any licensing requirements required by state or local regulations.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Pay

$18.80 per hour

Schedule

Full‑time, daytime shift: Monday 10:00 PM – 06:30 AM, Tuesday 10:00 PM – 06:30 AM, Wednesday 10:00 PM – 06:30 AM, Thursday 10:00 PM – 06:30 AM.
