As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and staff. This driving position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and escalating concerns as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and maintain professional communication with store personnel, customers, and emergency responders.

Qualifications

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour
• Schedule: DayTime, Mon 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Tue 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Sun 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Position Type: Part Time
