- Pay Rate: $19.00 - 20.00 / Hour
- Schedule: DayTime Mon 07:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Tue 12:00 PM - 09:00 PM, Wed 07:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Thur 07:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Sun 07:00 PM - 11:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a government-related location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or potential hazards.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized entry attempts or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
- Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities in required reports and logs.
Minimum Requirements
- Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
