What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observed concerns according to location protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unwanted behavior.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and assist with security-related concerns involving theft prevention, disorderly conduct, and/or policy violations within a retail location.

Minimum Requirements

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
