Security Officer - Providence Anchorage

About the role

Under supervision, perform all technical duties relative to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform security duties as assigned.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies.
• Interact with visitors and patients as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• May drive as part of the role.

Requirements

• Experience with various computer programs, databases, and Microsoft Office Programs.
• Driving may be necessary as part of this role.
• Must comply with all state laws and requirements for driving.

Qualifications

• 3 years - Experience in security or military.
• 1 year - Experience in healthcare security.

Pay

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Full time, 1.0 FTE, 10-hr Variable shifts, 40 hours per week.
