Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information to appropriate personnel as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking facilities, loading docks, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and maintain accurate activity and incident documentation.
• Aid in directing visitors and responding to routine questions while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
