Security Officer- PetroChem Unarmed

About the Role

As a Security Officer at our TWIC site in Pasadena, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries, including manufacturing. You will be responsible for carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by implementing safety and security procedures
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of security experience
• Valid TWIC card (or willingness to obtain one during the hiring process)
• Clean driver's license (no flags or suspensions)
• Comfortable using computers/tablets for gate access
• Experience in badging and access control
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age (21+ for armed roles)
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Pass a background investigation and drug screen (where permitted by law)
• Possess a valid driver's license (for driving positions only)

Pay

$19.76 per hour, paid weekly.

Schedule

Full-time.

Location

Pasadena, TX (Manufacturing TWIC Site). First interview will be in-person at: 11550 Fuqua St, Houston, TX 77034.
