Security Officer Patrol Weekends Overnights

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail spaces, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter unauthorized access, support crowd flow, and address customer concerns in a professional manner.
• Aid with access control, closing procedures, and other security-related duties that support daily operations within a retail location.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
