As a Security Officer Patrol Ambassador in Arlington, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting issues through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor and contractor entry procedures in support of daily building operations and property protocols.
• Support a professional environment at a commercial real estate location by communicating clearly with occupants and management regarding security-related matters and/or operational concerns.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of security-related experience are required.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

• Customer service experience.
• CPR certification.
