Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and employee movement, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations according to post instructions.
• Support daily operations by completing assigned reports, maintaining a visible presence, and following Allied Universal standards and client-specific expectations.

Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay and Schedule

Part-time position with a pay rate of $22.28 per hour. The schedule for this position is: DayTime Wed 02:45 PM - 11:15 PM Fri 10:45 PM - 07:15 AM
