Security Officer Patrol Surveillance

About the Role

As a Security Officer Patrol Surveillance in Jackson, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and support a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor credentials, and maintain accurate logs in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities in required reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations (may be required prior to employment).

Qualifications

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Day Time: Mon, Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
