Job Description
As a Security Officer Patrol Specialist in Attapulgus, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong communication and customer service.

- DayTime: Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production-adjacent areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report irregularities involving restricted or controlled areas.
- Support emergency and incident response by communicating with site contacts, following post orders, and assisting with evacuation-related or access control-related procedures when needed.
Minimum Requirements
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
