Security Officer Patrol Route Verification

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or activities.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed, maintain visitor and contractor records, and communicate site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, notify appropriate personnel, and complete clear, accurate activity and incident reports.
• Observe facility operations for conditions that may affect people, property, or business operations and report concerns according to site‑specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 6 months of security‑related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment, subject to state and/or local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

$21.35 per hour

Daytime schedule: Mon 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM, Tue 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM, Wed 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM, Fri 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Sun 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM.
