About the role

As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Route Verification in Aiea, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Retail/Malls and more. This unarmed role involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail common areas, storefronts, parking areas, loading zones, and the surrounding property perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document daily activities, incidents, patrols, and communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements (C123).
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

$23.25 / hour

Schedule

• Position Type: Full Time
• Day shift: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM, Monday through Friday
