Security Officer Patrol Route Driver

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or first responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, assist with visitor interactions, and help support a professional atmosphere at the location.
• Prepare clear reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or noteworthy conditions, and relay important information during shift transitions and to onsite contacts.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
