Security Officer Patrol Response Driver

About the role

As a Security Officer Patrol Response Driver in Decatur, AL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain required logs and documentation in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response activities and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Report observed hazards, unusual activity, damaged property, and security-related incidents promptly to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

$15.81 / Hour

Daytime: Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Sat 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM, Sun 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
