As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in Jersey Shore, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and support site protocols for entry, exit, and restricted areas.
• Communicate with site contacts, coworkers, and/or public responders regarding security-related concerns, medical emergencies, and operational issues as needed.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
