Security Officer - Patrol Operations - Factory

About the role

As an Unarmed Security Officer - Patrol Operations at a food and beverage facility in Alexandria, KY, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with team members and visitors, and support a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility grounds, production-area exteriors, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Observe and report unusual conditions, damaged property, and potential hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• CPR certification (preferred).
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

$18.40 per hour.

Schedule

• Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Saturday: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
