Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Operations in Concordia, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food production location.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility interior, exterior, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, delivery personnel, and visitors in accordance with site requirements.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
Document patrols, access activity, incidents, and observations accurately in required logs and reports.

Minimum Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licenses may be required prior to employment, subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
A valid driver’s license may be required for driving positions only.
