As a Security Officer Patrol Operations in Frackville, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
- Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and document visitor, driver, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and completing required reports.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and potential security-related concerns.
- Maintain clear, accurate activity logs and communicate observations, incidents, and site conditions to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives as required.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
