Security Officer Patrol Observation

As a Security Officer Patrol Observation in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and observe visitor, tenant, and contractor activity in accordance with site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities as required.
- Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation while maintaining professional communication with onsite management and Allied Universal leadership.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
